Pitt County Deals pricing: what each plan gets your business
Free forever, $29, $99 or $299 a month. What each tier actually buys a local business in Pitt County, and how to tell which one you need.

Most software pricing pages are a wall of feature names that tell you nothing about whether you should pay. Here is the plain version of what Pitt County Deals costs a local business, and what each step up actually buys.
The short answer: getting found is free permanently, and you only pay when you want the platform to do more than list you.
Free, and free means free
$0 a month. No card, no trial, no expiry date.
The free plan is a real tier, not a fourteen day tease. It gets you:
- One business listing, live in search and category browse
- Up to 3 photos
- A services menu with upfront pricing, up to 5 services
- 1 active deal or coupon
- 1 live event on the community calendar
- 5 quote requests a month from customers
- Replies to reviews, plus the ratings badge for your own site
- 30 day listing insights: views, calls and clicks
That is enough to be found, to be compared on price, and to get a phone call. Plenty of businesses in the county never need more than this, and that is fine.
Pro, $29 a month: get chosen
Free gets you found. Pro is about what happens next, when someone has landed on your page and is deciding.
- Online booking. Customers reserve a slot themselves, including at 11pm when you are asleep.
- A product catalogue. Up to 10 products per listing with pickup and delivery orders.
- Up to 3 listings, 10 photos each
- Unlimited services on your menu and unlimited quote requests
- Up to 10 deals and coupons, up to 5 live events
- Priority placement in search, plus a featured badge
- Full listing insights rather than the 30 day window
The first month is free. If you take appointments or sell anything physical, this is the tier that pays for itself fastest, because a booking taken at midnight is revenue you were never going to capture with a voicemail box.
Premium, $99 a month: get them back
Pro wins the first sale. Premium is built around the second, third and tenth, which is where the actual money in a local business lives.
- Customer CRM for up to 2,000 customers, with visit history and notes
- Email and in-app campaigns, 8 a month
- Loyalty, coupons and birthday offers
- Up to 10 listings with 20 photos each, and up to 30 products per listing
- Higher search placement and homepage rotation
- Full analytics dashboard
- Up to 20 live events, and the ability to promote deals straight to your own customers
The question that decides it: do you know who your last hundred customers were, and can you reach them on a slow Tuesday? If not, that is what this tier is for.
Premium Plus, $299 a month: we do the work
The partnership tier, for businesses that would rather buy the outcome than the tooling.
- Everything in Premium, with up to 30 listings and 100 products each
- Top placement across the platform
- A monthly Business Spotlight feature story written about you
- Unlimited events and unlimited CRM customers
- 30 campaigns a month, plus social media promo campaigns
- Printed business cards and flyers
- A dedicated marketing consultation
Custom advertising packages sit alongside this for one-off pushes: launches, grand openings, seasonal promotions.
Picking one honestly
- You want to be findable and take calls. Free. Genuinely.
- You take appointments, or you sell products. Pro.
- You have regulars and no way to reach them. Premium.
- You would rather not think about marketing at all. Premium Plus.
Start at the bottom. The platform is built so that moving up is easy and nothing is lost if you move back down.
What happens if you stop paying
You drop to Free. You do not get evicted.
Your listing stays live, your reviews stay, your services menu stays, you keep logging in. You lose the paid features until you upgrade again. Churn should demote a business, never delete it, and a local platform that holds a shop's page hostage over $29 does not deserve the county's trust.
Start free
Put your business on the map. It takes about a minute and costs nothing. The full plan comparison is there whenever you want to look at the next step.
